Global Solutions Consultant – Identity

About the role

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Feedzai, you will play an integral role in selling the company’s RiskOps platform to high‑profile financial institutions. You will partner with the sales team to understand client, prospect and partner needs and demonstrate how Feedzai’s capabilities meet those requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions both remotely and onsite across Europe.
• Assist the sales team in delivering tailored, value‑driven pitches focused on identity solutions.
• Understand client business needs and design solution approaches in a continuous‑education and problem‑solving mindset.
• Manage formal tenders, including RFPs and RFIs, from orchestration to submission.
• Build and own formal proposals throughout the sales cycle, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders from Product to Delivery to ensure appropriate staffing and share market insights across teams.

Required profile

• BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent with strong technical acumen.
• 5+ years as a Solution Consultant in complex environments, supporting teams to land and expand client portfolios.
• Proven experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically identity solutions.
• Commercial and sales background as a Solution Consultant / Pre‑sales Engineer in enterprise‑level software.
• Experience at a growth‑stage enterprise SaaS company.
• Ability to assess client needs and position Feedzai’s products through a consultative approach.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and excellent presentation and listening skills.
• Self‑starter, organized, and able to deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (remote role with required travel).
