Graduate Management Traineeship (GMT) – 10‑Month Rotational Program

About the role

Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) programme is a 10‑month rotational program starting in August 2027. Participants will complete 3–4‑month rotations across Sales, Commercial and Supply & Logistics functions, working on real business projects. The programme follows a 70‑20‑10 learning model: 70 % on‑the‑job learning, 20 % exposure to other areas and 10 % formal training.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with no more than two years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and the native language of the Netherlands, with a valid permanent work permit.
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and across Europe during the programme.
• Leadership mindset, proud ownership, agile learning, collaboration and future‑making orientation.
