Graduation Internship – Analyze & Automate Chain Liability (WKA)

About the role

We are looking for a graduation intern to analyse and automate the Chain Liability (WKA) process within our Accounts Payable department. You will work on improving supplier documentation management and ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements. The project will culminate in a clear process design and implementation plan.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the current WKA process and identify bottlenecks, risks and inefficiencies.
• Conduct interviews with the Accounts Payable team, procurement colleagues and suppliers.
• Investigate automation opportunities within SAP and Process Director.
• Design automated triggers for requesting missing documentation.
• Develop a structured approach for compliance monitoring and audit‑proof documentation.
• Deliver a final process design and, where possible, implement the first automation steps.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Full‑time availability on site in Gorinchem.
