Group Product Manager – Digital Asset Management

About the role

Bynder’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform helps iconic brands such as Spotify, Campari and Lacoste deliver content experiences that drive business impact. As Group Product Manager you will shape the future of enterprise DAM, integrating AI‑powered agents to turn creative assets into intelligent, actionable resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for core DAM capabilities, from asset ingestion to rights management and distribution.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering deep domain expertise and customer empathy.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and customer success to drive product development, launch and adoption.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders to surface emerging needs and validate roadmap direction.
• Represent the product externally with analysts, partners and prospects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in DAM, CMS or related content‑operations platforms.
• Proven expertise in how content teams operate, asset lifecycles and friction points in enterprise deployments.
• 2+ years of experience managing and growing product‑manager teams.
• Fluency in the martech ecosystem, including DXP, CMS, PIM and creative‑tool integrations.
• Experience taking products through multiple lifecycle stages and enabling field and customer adoption.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to align engineering, go‑to‑market and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer conversations and analyst briefings.
