About the role

We are looking for a professional and passionate Head Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations and uphold the high standards of Ferilli’s Hospitality Group in Amsterdam.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the hostess team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee all reservation and event requests, coordinating seating and flow.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
• Exceed guest expectations by delivering sincere, thoughtful, and personal service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a hostess in a high‑end or fine‑dining Italian restaurant, or strong motivation to learn and develop.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding environment while multitasking without compromising quality.
• Strong team‑building skills to inspire and motivate colleagues.
