Head of Growth – Benelux & Nordics (Experience & Engineering)

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive growth for its Experience & Engineering business across the Benelux and Nordics. The Head of Growth will combine commercial instincts with deep digital‑technology knowledge to create, shape and close high‑value opportunities for clients such as Gant, Inter Milan and Just Eat Takeaway.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create high‑value opportunities, build a strong pipeline through senior relationships, market intelligence and outbound activity.
• Lead complex technology pitches from initial conversation through qualification, proposal, negotiation and close, defining win strategies and commercial storylines.
• Coach and develop the Experience & Engineering growth team, raise standards of qualification, pitch leadership and pipeline management, and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Proven track record of originating, shaping and closing complex technology services opportunities in an agency or digital consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation and experience developing joint sales strategies with platforms such as Adobe, Shopify and Optimizely.
• Ability to operate credibly with CDOs, CTOs, CIOs and other senior digital stakeholders using a consultative selling approach.
