Head of Revenue Operations

About the role

Your main responsibility is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team and enable further growth, directly contributing to our commercial growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals.
• Develop and implement sales structures and processes to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain sales data and reporting systems.
• Execute sales incentive programmes.
• Provide training and support to the sales team, especially on operations‑related questions.
• Analyse sales data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
