Holding Accountant

About the role

Envipco Holding N.V. is looking for a Holding Accountant to own core parent‑company accounting activities, support group consolidation and external reporting, and drive process improvements within Group Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly close, reconciliations, payments and day‑to‑day accounting for Envipco Holding N.V. and Envipco Europe B.V.
• Account for holding‑level investments, treasury, financing, equity transactions and share‑based compensation.
• Support statutory reporting, audit, transaction and entity‑change processes in coordination with tax, legal, financing and treasury advisors.
• Assist the Manager, Consolidation & External Reporting with monthly consolidation, elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations and IFRS technical matters.
• Contribute to interim and annual reporting, including IFRS disclosures, audit support and ESEF/XBRL requirements.
• Improve close, consolidation, journal entry, reconciliation, approval and reporting processes and strengthen controls and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; professional qualification (RA, CPA, ACCA, CA) is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, group finance, consolidation, audit or financial reporting, preferably in a listed company or multinational group.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and its application to group reporting, intercompany matters, investments, financing and share‑based compensation.
• Hands‑on experience with monthly close, consolidations, reconciliations, statutory reporting and multi‑entity accounting.
• Structured, ownership‑driven approach with strong attention to documentation, controls and audit readiness.
