HR Manager – Netherlands & Belgium

About the role

The HR Manager will lead and execute HR policies across IRCA Manufacturing Netherlands B.V. (Tilburg), Dobla B.V. (Heerhugowaard) and the Belgian sites (Kessel and Meer). Acting as a strategic partner to plant managers, the role ensures alignment with business objectives, compliance with local legislation and Group HR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Advise plant and line managers on HR matters, develop and implement policies aligned with Group standards and local law.
• Manage organizational blueprints, job profiles, HR budgets, salary reviews and performance management processes.
• Oversee recruitment, temporary labor relationships, employee insurance, contracts, payroll coordination and HR data integrity.
• Monitor absenteeism, long‑term sickness, pension fund matters and lease‑vehicle fleet administration.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports on headcount, labor costs, turnover, recruitment, learning metrics and payroll KPIs.
• Support HSE initiatives and people evaluation processes in collaboration with central functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Integrity, excellent communication, problem‑solving and business‑partnering mindset.
• Willingness to travel across Dutch and Belgian sites.

Required skills

• Experience with ADP payroll system.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
