HR Manager – Strategic Business Partner

About the role

As HR Manager you are responsible for HR at all levels – operational, tactical and strategic. You act as a true business partner for the Managing Director and the Management Team, helping to shape and deliver the organization’s goals through effective people management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define and implement HR policies and ensure their execution.
• Advise the Managing Director and Management Team on organisational development.
• Lead and coach the HR team (HR Advisor and Front Desk Officer).
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and exit processes.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing levels and HR budgets.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal regulations and HSEQ standards.
• Provide HR analytics and governance reports (absence, turnover, performance data).

Required profile

• HBO/HBO+ level education, preferably in HR, Personnel & Labour or similar.
• 7.5–10+ years of HR experience, including MT‑level leadership.
• Experience in a dynamic, project‑based or technical environment.
• Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills.

• Workday HR system.
• Job grading methodologies such as ISF/HAY.
