HR Shared Service Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

The HR Shared Service Advisor – French Speaker provides centralized HR support to employees and managers across Poland. Working primarily from home with occasional visits to the office, the advisor handles a wide range of HR transactions, ensuring smooth service delivery for French‑ and English‑speaking staff.

Key responsibilities

• Process benefits, leave, and other HR transactions while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries about HR programs, policies, and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain and update employee records in Workday, guaranteeing data integrity and security.
• Guide users on self‑service tools and HR technology platforms.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors to improve service centre processes.
• Identify trends, report issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in training, regional shared‑service engagements, and audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in an HR service centre or operations role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Preferred residence in Warsaw, Wrocław or surrounding areas.
