Identity & Access Management Engineer

About the role

PwC’s Cybersecurity, Forensics & Privacy practice is expanding its dedicated Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in the Netherlands. As an IAM Engineer you will help major international and local organisations secure digital identities while protecting privacy and data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain complex IAM projects using leading solutions such as ForgeRock, SailPoint or CyberArk.
• Configure and extend IAM stacks to meet specific client requirements.
• Integrate IAM platforms with related identity products and cloud services.
• Promote a DevOps approach, automating deployments and supporting continuous integration.
• Coach junior colleagues on technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IAM.
• Strong knowledge of IAM standards (SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP).
• Comfortable working across Unix, Windows and Kubernetes environments.
• Proficient in Java and familiar with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus.
