Improvement Engineer – Production Specialist (Inactivated Vaccines)

About the role

You will join the Boxmeer site as a Production Specialist for Inactivated Vaccines and Pharmaceuticals, working in a dynamic environment where your contributions ensure safe, robust, cost‑effective and GMP‑compliant manufacturing of veterinary vaccines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business‑unit and site‑wide projects, including product transfers.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on product‑quality related issues.
• Lead and participate in cross‑functional investigations.
• Develop proposals and business cases for improvement projects.
• Monitor and analyse data, evaluating the impact of external guidelines.

Required profile

• Academic degree in biomedical, life sciences or process engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a production environment, preferably pharmaceutical/biological/chemical.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong project‑management knowledge.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
