Inside Sales Representative (English & German)

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative you will manage and grow existing accounts for ABF, driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction across English‑ and German‑speaking markets. You will act as the first point of contact for key accounts, identify upselling opportunities and collaborate closely with Account Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all matters concerning key accounts.
• Handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPI’s.
• Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross‑selling solutions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level); additional languages such as Swedish, Danish or Finnish are a strong plus.
• Commercially minded, proactive and a good communicator.
• Available to work between 09:30 and 18:00, preferably full‑time (40 h/week) with flexibility for 32 h/week and occasional shifts until 20:00.
• Holder of a valid driving licence (category B).
