Inside Sales Representative – English & Polish

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative you will manage and grow existing accounts for ABF, a global supplier of bearings. You will work proactively to increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and support the broader sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for key accounts.
• Handle quotations, orders and customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPIs.
• Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross‑selling solutions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Fluent in English and Polish (minimum C1 level).
• Commercially minded, proactive and a good communicator.
• Available to work 09:30‑18:00, preferably full‑time (40 h) but 32 h is possible.
• Occasional shifts until 20:00 may be required.
• Valid driving licence (category B).

• €3,000 – €3,600 gross per month (full‑time).
• Location options: Roosendaal (head office), Rotterdam, Eindhoven or Nijmegen.
