Insurance Administrator (Property specialist)

About the role

Zurich Insurance Benelux is looking for an International Insurance Administrator (Property specialist) to manage large commercial property insurance programs across multiple countries. You will support the end‑to‑end policy issuance process once underwriting finalises a deal, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer international insurance policies from issuance to renewal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness worldwide.
• Collect and prepare data and documentation for new business and renewals.
• Coordinate program execution with internal teams and external network partners.
• Provide clear instructions to local offices for policy issuance within agreed timelines.
• Review, process and maintain policy amendments and updates.
• Prepare reports and supply policy information to clients.
• Contribute to business and system improvement initiatives, including IT projects.

Required profile

• Strong experience in insurance administration and property policies; international property insurance knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum MBO Level 4 diploma or higher.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous.
• Service‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and interest in international business processes.
