International Field Marketing Manager

About the role

As an International Field Marketing Manager you will bring the company’s marketing strategy to life across global markets through events, activations, partnerships and commercial initiatives. You will work closely with Sales and Brand Marketing to generate pipeline, strengthen market presence and deliver impactful customer experiences in the event, venue and entertainment sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute international field marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives and regional growth priorities.
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, venue expos and hospitality events to increase market presence and create commercial opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of events, including stand coordination, activation concepts, logistics, materials and local supplier management.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to maximise lead generation, pipeline creation and conversion through field activities.
• Manage budgets for events, activations and sponsorships, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in field, event or B2B marketing, trade marketing or partnership roles.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable tracking performance and translating insights into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities, fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Hands‑on mentality and willingness to travel internationally as required.
