IT Application Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for an IT Application Manager to support a wide range of business‑critical applications and modern data platforms. You will work with cloud technologies such as Azure and analytics environments like Databricks, ensuring reliable, secure, and user‑friendly services across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑line support, troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical or functional issues efficiently.
• Maintain and optimise cloud‑based platforms, primarily Azure, to ensure stability, security and scalability.
• Assist with data‑related solutions, including Databricks and other analytics environments.
• Monitor and support IT security best practices, risk mitigation and secure application operations.
• Document processes, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• HBO‑level education or equivalent.
• Experience in IT application support, service desk or similar technical support roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a customer‑oriented approach.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and commitment to high‑quality support.
