IT & Infosec Director

About the role

As the IT & Infosec Director you will own the end‑to‑end digital architecture and cybersecurity posture of Robin Radar. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead Business Applications, IT Infrastructure & Cloud, and Information Security teams while supporting global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year IT roadmap, integrating ERP, CRM, PLM and BI tools across the enterprise.
• Establish and enforce zero‑trust security policies, oversee threat detection, incident response and regular risk assessments.
• Lead compliance with ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST SP 800‑171, GDPR and ITAR/DFARS, working with external auditors.
• Manage global network resilience, cloud environments, hybrid workplace hardware and identity systems such as Azure AD and Entra ID.
• Advise executive leadership on digital investments and cybersecurity risks, and coach high‑performing technical teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years progressive IT and information security leadership experience.
• Background in high‑tech hardware, defense, aerospace or engineering environments.
• BA or MSc in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% internationally.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST SP 800‑171, CMMC, GDPR and ITAR/EAR.
• Experience with enterprise ERP, PLM and business intelligence architectures.
• Proficiency with Azure AD and Entra ID identity management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and network resilience concepts.
