Junior Appraiser – Late Shift

About the role

As a Junior Appraiser on the late shift you will join Vintage.com’s Appraisals team, assessing a wide range of vintage and antique items. You will receive structured training in the Training Academy and work closely with team leaders and category specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and value items such as jewellery, watches, medals, toys, cameras and collectables with accuracy and fairness.
• Review each customer box thoroughly, record clear appraisal decisions and meet daily volume targets.
• Maintain quality control standards above 95% and adhere to acceptance‑rate measures.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Operations and Sales to improve workflow and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, curiosity about vintage items and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage several tasks in a busy environment.
• Comfortable handling and moving customer boxes safely.
• Basic IT competence for accurate data entry.
