About the role

Join Trengo, an AI‑driven communication platform, as a Junior Digital Customer Success Manager. You will help bridge human connection and digital efficiency, focusing on scalable, tech‑first customer journeys for our Dutch market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute outreach programs, in‑app notifications and webinars to drive product activation.
• Champion AI‑driven features by helping customers implement and realize value.
• Use data triggers and CRM automations to identify nudges and expansion opportunities.
• Engage proactively with customers, stepping into meetings when a personal touch is needed.

Required profile

• Approximately one year of professional experience in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Business‑level proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Strong technical affinity and comfort with automations and AI concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical topics into actionable advice.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM automation tools.
• Understanding of AI‑driven features and data‑triggered workflows.
