Junior Performance Marketer – B2B Agency

About the role

Are you our new Junior Performance Marketer? Dapper is looking for a driven individual with a pioneering spirit to help build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide. In this role you will support clients in driving online growth, from strategy development to campaign execution, across a diverse portfolio of B2B businesses.

Required profile

• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• At least 6 months of hands‑on work with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or another paid‑ads platform.
• Eager to learn and grow in B2B performance marketing.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where curiosity and ambition are celebrated.
• Proactive attitude, willing to experiment, ask questions and challenge the status quo.
• Ability to analyse data and present insights clearly.
