Key Account Manager (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

CtrlChain, a fast-growing scale-up reducing waste in logistics through a digital control center for shippers and carriers across Europe, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Key Account Manager in Eindhoven. You will drive commercial growth by acquiring and developing strategically important customers across Europe, working across the full commercial cycle from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target and win large, strategically relevant customers
• Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of impactful opportunities
• Drive value-based selling across SaaS and transportation solutions
• Negotiate agreements with a focus on pricing, margin and deal quality
• Act as a trusted advisor on logistics optimization and digital transformation
• Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term value realization, and drive selective expansion within key accounts
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations and Carrier Management

Required profile

• HBO / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in (key) account management
• Proven success acquiring and closing large B2B customers and new business
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation or SaaS is highly preferred
• Fluent in English and Dutch; an additional European language such as Spanish is a plus
