About the role
Lead Engineer at Lionsville, building an operational decision‑support platform from first commit to delivery. You will design, code, and own the system, working closely with customers and AI agents.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and ship components such as event ingestion, domain model, planning loop, packaging and operator interface.
- Make architecture decisions across microservices, cloud‑agnostic platforms, SQL/NoSQL databases and event‑driven APIs.
- Translate business problems into technical designs and ensure specifications match customer needs.
- Set coding standards, conduct code reviews and ensure performance, security and reliability.
Required profile
- Strong software architecture capability and ability to act as deputy architect.
- Deep backend engineering experience with end‑to‑end delivery in multiple ecosystems.
- Experience working with AI agents in production workflows.
- Willingness to travel within the Randstad and occasional night‑shift operations.
