Legal Counsel

About the role

As a Legal Counsel at Creative Clicks you will oversee European and international law compliance for the group, reporting to the Head Legal Counsel and working from the Amsterdam office.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure group compliance with European and international legislation.
• Handle data protection regulations such as GDPR and the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
• Draft, review, manage and negotiate contracts.
• Support legal cases and claims.
• Provide legal guidance to product, finance, development, payments and other internal teams.
• Assess new business initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise on implementation.
• Design and deliver training on compliance with new laws.
• Review third‑party data processing agreements and ensure GDPR consent compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in European and international law.
• 2‑4 years of legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of company law and corporate structures.
• Excellent contract drafting and review abilities.
• Fluent English and ability to explain complex legal topics clearly.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Comfortable working independently and in a dynamic, international environment.
• Available full‑time, 5 days a week with a hybrid work setup.
