Logistics & Materials Coordinator – Delft Site

About the role

Applied Materials is establishing a new advanced technology development and prototyping facility in Delft. The Logistics & Materials Coordinator will manage inventory, shipments, material flow, and supplier logistics to ensure engineers and technicians have the resources they need. This hands‑on position supports the growth of scalable logistics and inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; maintain organized storage and traceability.
• Monitor stock levels of consumables, spare parts, tools and project materials; perform regular inventory counts in SAP.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, prepare customs and export documentation, and resolve delivery issues.
• Serve as primary logistics contact for suppliers, carriers and service providers; follow up on purchase orders and lead times.
• Support purchasing, material planning and asset tracking; maintain records of equipment, tools and site assets.
• Contribute to the development of efficient logistics and inventory processes as the site expands.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, materials management or a related field, preferably in a high‑tech manufacturing or R&D environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

What we offer

• Salary range €48,000 – €66,000 per year.
