Manager Accounting, Reporting & Compliance

About the role

As a Manager in Accounting, Reporting & Compliance you will help multinational clients stay in control of their financial reporting and regulatory obligations. You will work across a variety of industries, advising on process optimisation, preparing statutory accounts and supporting the implementation of new technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of national and international clients for statutory compliance and reporting.
• Lead financial accounting and business controlling activities.
• Advise clients on the design of financial‑administrative processes and reporting rules.
• Support the professional development of senior associates and junior team members.
• Translate client strategy into execution, including client acquisition and service development.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal processes.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Several years of experience in accounting, reporting or compliance, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, international setting.
• Leadership qualities and a desire to develop both personally and professionally.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and compliance frameworks.
