Manager, Business Cycle & Market Intelligence - Global Supply Chain & Procurement Finance

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Manager, Business Cycle & Market Intelligence within its Global Supply Chain & Procurement Finance function, based in Amsterdam. The role provides analyses and insights to management, advising and helping them make informed decisions and drive strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational data in depth to identify trends, risks and opportunities, working with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives
• Streamline financial processes and tools, including data consolidation and reporting, through automation and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Support management with performance analysis and market intelligence

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in supply chain finance or related areas
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including managing and developing a small team
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent English

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis and reporting tools, with a focus on Excel and ERP systems
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software such as Adaptive Insights, Hyperion or Anaplan is advantageous
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts is advantageous
