Manager Performance Improvement

About the role

Join PwC’s Performance and Restructuring team in Amsterdam to help under‑performing Dutch and European companies navigate complex transformation challenges. You will work closely with clients on performance improvement, cash management and operating model redesign, delivering tangible impact on business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex financial and operational data to identify cost‑reduction, cash‑flow and working‑capital opportunities.
• Translate analytical insights into practical, structured recommendations for clients.
• Lead the implementation of improvement initiatives, ensuring rapid yet sustainable change.
• Perform cash‑flow sensitivity analysis, financial baselining and forecast reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to practice growth through commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting clients throughout the performance improvement lifecycle, from strategic assessment to execution.
• Background in operations, advisory or both, with strong financial and operational analytics foundation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Effective stakeholder management in dynamic environments.
