Manager – Technology M&A Deals

About the role

Join PwC’s Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team as a Manager Technology Deals, focusing on the IT side of M&A transactions. You will work with corporate and private‑equity clients on both buy‑side and sell‑side projects, helping them assess technology effectiveness and drive value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify innovation capabilities such as digital platforms, automation, AI, robotics and cloud adoption to support business growth.
• Conduct IT due diligence, highlighting opportunities, risks and potential synergies.
• Lead technology M&A project teams across due diligence, carve‑out, integration and cost‑saving assessments.
• Collaborate with partners and directors on business development, pitch preparation and opportunity follow‑up.
• Create value‑creation opportunities driven by technology and digitally enabled performance improvements.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Board‑level advisory experience and sharp reporting skills.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT consulting, a Big 4 firm, or a corporate IT strategy/ transformation role.
• University degree in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or a related discipline with a clear affinity for emerging digital technologies.
