Manufacturing Operator role in the Manufacturing Assembly area at Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, focusing on supporting production processes and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Completes support function tasks under direct supervision, following established administrative processes.
- Cleans and conducts maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Installs components of basic in‑process products, assemblies, or sub‑assemblies on the assembly line.
- Builds competency with routine machinery under direct supervision.
- Records daily assembly production records for performance analysis.
