Market Distribution & Load Planner (Benelux)

About the role

As a Market Distribution & Load Planner for the Benelux region, you will ensure the right products reach the right customers at the right time while balancing service, efficiency and transportation optimisation. You will work closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise repack plans across the Benelux network.
• Monitor service performance and proactively address supply‑chain constraints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to balance customer requirements and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives within distribution and logistics processes.
• Support decision‑making through data analysis and planning insights.
• Ensure alignment between market requirements and supply‑chain capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply‑chain, logistics, distribution or transportation planning.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset focused on results.
• Authorization to work in the Netherlands without visa sponsorship.
