Market Quality Specialist – Benelux

About the role

As the Market Quality Specialist for the Benelux region, you will protect consumer trust across Nestlé’s value chain. You will turn insights from supplier quality and consumer feedback into action, collaborating with colleagues across countries, factories and commercial teams to continuously improve our products.

Key responsibilities

• Support supplier audits and follow up on improvement actions.
• Assess supplier risks and help qualify new suppliers, ingredients and packaging materials.
• Analyse quality incidents and consumer complaints, identify trends and support root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with factories, co‑manufacturers and internal teams.
• Support quality and food safety management systems and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Contribute to KPI reporting, management reviews and foster a strong quality culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology, chemistry, biology, engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety or supplier quality, preferably in a production environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, quality systems, food safety legislation and audits.
• Analytical mindset with confidence to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across teams and countries.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

• Starting salary of €3,500 gross per month, with an annual performance bonus of 3%.
