Marketing Intern — Social & Content

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join Contentoo’s small, fast‑moving team in Amsterdam. The role is social‑ and content‑first, giving you hands‑on experience creating and repurposing posts, podcasts and campaigns while learning across the whole marketing function.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and schedule social content and engage with the community.
• Turn podcasts, reports and customer stories into new social formats such as carousels, memes and quote cards.
• Maintain content and social calendars, upload and format website material, and keep the content library organized.
• Support employee advocacy, thought‑leadership programmes and campaign research, asset creation, distribution and reporting.
• Research competitors, trends and interesting marketing topics, and spot content worth repurposing.

Required profile

• Passion for writing or design (or both) and a good eye for what works on social media.
• Curiosity about marketing, brands and internet culture, with attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable learning new tools from brief to execution.
• Available to start in October, 24‑40 hours per week.

Required skills

• Figma (bonus).
• Experience with CMS platforms, social‑scheduling tools, SEO or AI marketing tools (nice to have).
• Basic video‑editing skills (welcome but not required).
