Mid Market Account Executive – Benelux

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Mid‑Market Account Executive to drive net‑new logo acquisition across the Benelux region. You will work from our Amsterdam office in a hybrid setting, engaging CTOs, engineering leaders and technical users to showcase Datadog’s observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close net‑new customers in mid‑to‑large organisations.
• Convert inbound leads into closed opportunities.
• Prospect strategically using tools such as Sales Navigator and DiscoverOrg.
• Engage with CTOs, engineering/IT leaders and technical end‑users (SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps).
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to generate pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations and on‑site technical demos.

Required profile

• Proven experience hunting and closing new logos.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Ability to map and penetrate large, complex organisations.
• Motivated, curious and comfortable with high‑volume phone outreach.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % of the time.
