Operational Risk Manager

About the role

Cardano is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to support its rapidly growing client base and assets under management. The role involves identifying, assessing, and controlling risks across the organisation, contributing to a strong risk‑management culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk self‑assessments with business teams and analyse root causes of incidents.
• Develop recommendations to mitigate identified risks and ensure business continuity.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, providing risk perspectives and monitoring risk registers.
• Collaborate closely with risk colleagues in the UK and other Cardano entities.

Required profile

• University degree and at least five years of professional experience.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
