Operations Director – Netherlands

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Director to organize and oversee the daily operations of Leaseweb in the Netherlands. The role leads a team of around 100 people across Amsterdam and Haarlem, reporting to the Managing Director NL and joining the company’s management team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Operations Department strategy to achieve company targets.
• Drive NPS and overall customer satisfaction.
• Develop the organization by coaching and advancing staff professionally.
• Evaluate performance through data collection, analysis and interpretation.
• Maintain and share account intelligence, domain and market knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar senior leadership role.
• BSc/MSc in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English, close to native level.
