Operations Executive – Warehouse

About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic and organised Operations Executive (Warehouse) to support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our Amsterdam warehouse and ensure collectors receive a top‑rated experience. You will work closely with the warehouse team to plan, ship and manage supplier relationships while upholding our high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the warehouse team with daily planning and fulfilment of editions, preparing sales overviews and shipping documentation.
• Check vendor invoices, negotiate prices, and ensure supplied ancillaries meet quality expectations.
• Manage supply levels, ancillary ordering, and post‑release delivery scheduling.
• Maintain health and safety compliance, update calendars and liaise with vendors.
• Keep meticulous records of financial, physical and digital documents, and update internal shipping and inventory trackers.
• Track project and shipping costs for finance, manage deadlines in Wrike and Airtable, and support quarterly inventory counts.

• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills, able to juggle multiple moving parts.

• Strong communicator who builds relationships with diverse vendors, artists and studios.
