Outbound Logistics Warehouse Employee

About the role

Join ABF as an Outbound Logistics Warehouse Employee and help prepare goods for shipment. You will be involved in the full outbound process, from picking items in the warehouse to ensuring parcels are packed and ready for dispatch each day.

Key responsibilities

• Process outgoing goods daily, register shipments with transport companies and pack them.
• Check products before packing and ensure all parcels are ready for shipment by end of day.
• Assist with order picking and report defective goods to the Team Leader promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with other departments to keep processes running smoothly.

Required profile

• Comfortable using computers and working at a fast pace.
• Stress‑resistant, independent, responsible and proactive.
• Good command of English.
• Structured way of working; OME100 certificate is a plus.
• Leadership of a small team is considered an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary €2,700‑€2,900 gross per month, depending on experience.
• Working hours 9:30‑18:00 or 11:30‑20:00 with a 50% evening allowance for shifts ending at 20:00.
• 28 vacation days, bonus up to 6% of annual salary, daily lunch in the cafeteria.
• Travel allowance €0.23 per km (up to €180/month) and full reimbursement of public transport costs.
• Annual training budget for relevant courses with no repayment obligation.
