Outlet Host/Hostess

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outlet Host or Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide visitors through the venue, and help ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and page guests while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Open doors, answer phones, and direct guests to restrooms, seating areas, and other facilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized waiting area and assist with opening, closing, and side duties such as polishing brass, sweeping, vacuuming, and restroom upkeep.
• Provide security for co‑workers, guests, and any visiting celebrities.
• Support servers, bussers, and managers as needed.
• Entertain guests and create “Raving Fans” through personalized service.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Well‑groomed appearance and adherence to uniform guidelines.
