Paralegal with a Talent for Customer Service (LegalTech)

About the role

Codekeeper, a LegalTech company offering software escrow solutions, is hiring a Paralegal with a talent for customer service for its Customer Success team. The role sits at the intersection of legal drafting and review, customer communication and technical support, bridging the company and its customers so they can achieve their desired outcomes with the product. Applications are accepted over the next two months.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare written agreements and legal documents according to customer requirements; drafts are checked by the manager before being shared with the client.
• Receive requests, questions and inquiries from users and leads about the services offered and how to manage their Codekeeper account, and handle them quickly and correctly.
• Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and ensure everything is administered correctly on the company's side.
• Guide leads through the service via email and website chat.
• Draft reports based on information provided by customers and send them back.

Required profile

• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts is crucial; extensive legal or technical experience is not expected.
• Prior experience in customer success or a similar role is preferred.
• Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries.
• Analytical thinking, a proactive attitude, excellent written English, and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
