Part‑time HR Advisor (24 hrs/week)

About the role

As a (Junior) HR Advisor you will combine hands‑on HR support with advisory work for managers, initially working closely with an experienced colleague and gradually becoming a trusted partner.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor key HR processes and reporting, ensuring timely follow‑up on performance reviews, engagement, absenteeism and mandatory training.
• Support periodic HR reporting and HR‑wide communication.
• Assist managers and employees with day‑to‑day HR questions, including onboarding, off‑boarding, absenteeism and development.
• Prepare and, where appropriate, conduct HR advisory meetings and employee conversations.
• Contribute to international HR projects, talent development and organisational development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support Area Management Teams and Service Line MTs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience (e.g., HR Assistant, HR Officer, HR Advisor) or relevant internship.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable asking questions.
• Strong communication skills and good listening ability across all organisational levels.
• Enjoy working in an international, technical environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
