Personal & Semi-Private Trainer

About the role

ONE Human Performance Institute is looking for a dedicated Personal & Semi-Private Trainer to join its growing team. You will work directly with members in a small‑studio environment, delivering 1‑on‑1 and small‑group sessions while supporting their overall health journey.

Key responsibilities

• Coach clients in private 1‑on‑1 and semi‑private sessions covering training, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset.
• Design personalized, evidence‑based programs that drive measurable results.
• Build long‑term relationships and provide ongoing check‑ins throughout the client’s health journey.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to maintain a high‑standard team environment.
• Participate in continuous professional development, internal training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for holistic health and a desire to understand each client’s full picture.
• Willingness to deliver both private and semi‑private sessions and to engage in program design.
• Commitment to high standards, personal accountability and continuous improvement.
