Planning Transformation Program Leader

About the role

The Planning Transformation Program Leader will drive large‑scale, end‑to‑end planning transformation across Philips' Integrated Supply Chain. This senior strategic role translates global executive vision into actionable programs, deploys best‑in‑class digital and AI solutions, and ensures measurable impact on competitiveness, resilience and margin performance.

Key responsibilities

• Convert global executive direction into high‑impact, locally executable transformation plans and continuously refine KPIs, ROI tracking and performance governance.
• Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary programs, develop detailed program plans, manage resources, mitigate risks and oversee inter‑project dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional task forces across businesses, markets and functions, including IT, to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Mentor high‑potential project managers and analysts, building transformation capability within the ISC.
• Craft and deliver program narratives for executive and enterprise‑wide communication, aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and Philips’ quality standards while championing continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Management or Project Management, with 5+ years in program management or transformation leadership.
• Proven track record of successful digital planning implementations and ability to manage multiple related projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, data analysis and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Hands‑on experience with advanced digital planning solutions and the ability to influence senior leadership.

• Base salary range €93,049 – €155,081 per year, plus a 3% bonus linked to KPIs/company results.
