PMO Officer - Lithography Machines

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a PMO Officer for one of its clients in the Netherlands, a well-known Dutch agency specialising in the recruitment and relocation of technical specialists. The client works with companies such as ASML, VDL, DAF Trucks and Siemens. For a project for an international innovation leader in the semiconductor industry, the PMO sits as an independent team member of a business team responsible for developing or maintaining and improving state-of-the-art lithography machines.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a recognised business partner who challenges the triple constraint to optimise business value
• Drive effective decision-making at all levels
• Implement and improve project and program standards and processes, such as project planning, financial management, product generation, reporting, change control, risk management and quality
• Support financial forecasting (budget) and assist regular financial management and reporting
• Proactively connect, enable and challenge all stakeholders
• Grow the competences of the PMO and its project management community through cross-PMO improvement projects
• Build winning teams around shared values

Required profile

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a project/program/portfolio management (PMO) expert, or practical experience as a project manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment
• Experience with implementing change and improvement projects, or the ability to do so
• Experience with MS Project or Enterprise Project or a similar tool
• Agile/SAFe experience preferred
