Pricing Manager

About the role

The Pricing Manager will support the Commercial Finance and Revenue Operations function within the EMEAPAC Group Finance team, driving the firm’s pricing agenda and ensuring robust analytical tools and benchmarking are in place.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Partners on pricing techniques, model financial impact, and challenge proposals where appropriate.
• Partner with COOs, Client Relationship Partners and the Client Development team to provide commercial support and drive profitability.
• Maintain visibility as a subject‑matter expert for pricing and commercial matters across EMEAPAC.
• Develop and promote pricing tools, deliver presentations, and provide education to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, monitor performance, and advocate legal project‑management discipline for complex matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant pricing experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage conflicting deliverables and remain calm under pressure.
