Procurement Manager – Central Europe

About the role
The Procurement Manager will proactively identify benefits across Central European markets, building a pipeline of procurement activity that delivers commercial and service advantages to operational teams. The role supports both existing property operations and new development, acquisition and disposal projects.
Key responsibilities
- Engage local stakeholders and demonstrate the value of procurement, building internal relationships.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, supplier onboarding, purchase order creation and P‑Card set‑up.
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, including sourcing strategies, tender documentation and commercial negotiations.
- Administer the contract lifecycle through Greystar’s CLM platform, from generation to approval and storage.
- Support reporting, spend analysis and supplier performance management.
Required profile
- University degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years procurement experience, preferably with MCIPS qualification.
- Fluent in English and at least one Central European language.
- Experience in real‑estate, facilities management or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of Central European supply markets and supplier relationships.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate) and other Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- PowerBI (beneficial).
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms such as Luminance.
