Product Manager - AI & Transformation

About the role

Join the CPTO organisation at the intersection of Product, Technology, AI and Operations, delivering services to clients, talent and partners worldwide. You will own a multi‑year vision for a global platform while also writing detailed product definitions and working daily with AI‑powered engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify where domain insight, technology and AI can materially improve service delivery and turn ambiguous challenges into clear hypotheses, prototypes and experiments.
• Write detailed product definitions, own the backlog, set priorities and drive the team through daily iteration cycles to ship and adopt solutions quickly.
• Make pragmatic build/buy/automate decisions with incomplete information and continuously measure product impact against defined success criteria.
• Coordinate closely with Business and Strategy Offices to ensure regional needs are reflected in the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managed services, staffing, contingent workforce, talent management or related fields, with strong instincts about client and partner needs.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily for research, design, prototyping and rapid delivery, and able to work in short, daily iteration cycles.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information, thrive in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.
• Commercially minded with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
