Project DMO Champion – Digital Manufacturing Lead

About the role

The Project DMO Champion will drive the adoption of DMO/MES solutions and other digital tools across the Nestlé Health Science factory in Almere. You will coordinate cross‑functional digitalisation projects and ensure they align with production priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and promote DMO/MES, paperless applications and other factory digitalisation initiatives.
• Coordinate projects with Production, Engineering, Automation, IT, external partners and regional experts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and support testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build a local Super User network, providing training and guidance for sustainable tool usage.
• Act as the factory focal point for DMO topics, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards and cybersecurity guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience with MES/DMO, digital manufacturing, factory systems, automation or IT project delivery.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end factory execution, quality and logistics processes.
• Proven project‑management experience including planning, implementation, testing, go‑live and change management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• Full‑time (39 hours/week) contract with a starting salary of €5,008 gross per month.
