Project Engineer - Oil & Gas

About the role

This Project Engineer position works within a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering projects correctly and on time, in close collaboration with the Project Manager and discipline engineers. The role supports the Project Manager on specific tasks and follows KOG standards.

Key responsibilities

• Scheduling, general engineering tasks and project documentation
• Overseeing and monitoring discipline engineering activities, procurement/expediting support and fabrication support
• Calibration, packing and shipments, and FATs with customers and inspectors, including FAT and in-house test organisation and guidance on punch lists
• Technical meetings with clients, drawing follow-ups and monitoring manufacturing, quality and project deadlines
• Checking technical requirements and specifications, and managing single discipline intercompany product orders where experience allows
• Ensuring work complies with the company's ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 QHSE procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, electronics, process technology or similar
• Work experience and 5 years of both technical and commercial awareness
• Interest and knowledge of the oil and gas industry, custody transfer metering, flow measurement and supervisory systems
• Knowledge of CT standards such as ISO, AGA, API and OIML
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• Able and willing to travel internationally
